Mentoring

Facilitating independence and fostering trust are important development objectives for Veltys. Each consultant is accompanied by a mentor who guides them, listens to them, contributes to their development and allows them to develop their performance through an enriching relationship.

Training

A training programme is offered to consultants. It allows them to strengthen their professional skills, by deepening technical knowledge, or to develop their soft skills, by exploring personal development. Learning is a fundamental concept. In close connection with academia, our Partners continue to teach at the Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE and Sciences Po Paris.

Working from home

Working from home has been made available to employees in order to promote a professional and personal balance, to bring fluidity to everyone’s organisation, and to increase flexibility between teamwork and individual work.

Equality and transparency
