ENVIRONMENT

Digital technology and responsible AI are crucial for sustainable development. We have adopted a purchasing policy that favours refurbished IT equipment.

Indicators are established, through the completion of a carbon footprint assessment, to

measure and manage the reduction of our greenhouse gas emissions.

We explore and apply best practices in terms of data frugality.

 

DATA FRUGALITY

Veltys takes concrete measures and adopts the most environmentally responsible behaviour possible in terms of data exploitation and the energy consumption that this generates:

  • we monitor our servers and our energy consumption
  • we organise thoughtful and frugal data collection with a pre-established objective
  • we use AI, carefully managing the use of resources to offer our clients relevant and reasoned models

INNOVATION

We dedicate part of our time to advancing the state of the art and conducting and reporting on our applied research in econometrics, machine learning and industrial economics. In addition, Veltys has joined the Activateurs de France Numérique network to assist French micro-businesses and SMEs with their digital transformation.
