Our associates

We have formed an alliance with Kea & Partners, a top executive consulting firm with a focus on change management. We work closely with the Kea Group which has a strong expertise in management consulting, change management, innovation, digital acceleration and leadership. Thanks to The Transformation Alliance, an international association of consulting firms created by Kea, we have partners in many countries, notably Germany, Italy and the UK.

Together, we help French and international companies successfully implement data-driven changes. Our unique approach brings together strategy and action, organizational change and data techniques.

Our schools

We are committed to working with universities, schools and research labs. This is a defining feature of our identity which dates back to our own training and professional experiences.

We have been teaching at Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE and ENSAI for years. We also take an active role in the life on campus, for example by sponsoring the ENSAE Gala, sitting on the jury of PhDs, mentoring interns, taking part in student forums… By remaining involved through all these actions, we stay in contact with the schools where our team members have been trained.

Our involvement does not stop here: Philippe Février is part of the Scientific GENES Council (which brings together national Economics and Statistics Schools) and is involved in its development and strategy. Romain Aeberhardt is an elected member of the ENSAE Alumni Association board.

Our Research Labs

Within academia, we maintain a close relationship with CREST (Centre de Recherche en Economie et Statistique) and with the Research Department of Ecole Polytechnique which houses various labs to which some of us have been (and are still) affiliated. By sponsoring and supervising PhDs, we contribute to research in the fields in which we work: economics and statistics. We regularly cooperate with leading researchers.

A third of our employees hold PhDs in Economics. Together, we contribute to the international recognition of the research labs thanks to our regular publication (which you can find here).
